Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience for me. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with a smile. the central location made it convenient to explore the nearby temples, including Thirumigu Chakkarapani and Arulmigu Naganathaswamy Temples. the room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Improvements could be made in the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Some areas seemed a bit neglected, such as the dirty floor mat and presence of mosquitoes.
